Thanks for being here. Starting on a journey of mental wellness can create anxiety, but just know, it’s a lot like starting a new exercise program. You don’t quite know what to expect, and there may be some pain while your body changes, but you know you need to do it. So, let’s do it.
Getting started is very easy. Give me a call and we will have a short conversation about what you are looking for and see if I am a right fit. If you decide to go forward, we will set our first appointment and I will send you paperwork to fill out.
At the first appointment, we will talk more in depth about your needs. At that point, I will develop a program that I feel will work, and the timeline to get you to a better place which we will discuss at our 2nd session.
