Pricing
Our programs are highly individual, so cost depends on the project and whether it is a company project or individual. However, we realize you need some reference in regards to cost, so here is a very basic idea of our pricing structure.
Individual sessions are generally an hour and are $225 per session, due at the beginning of the session.
Packages for individuals start at $800 (four sessions). Can be paid in 2 installments.
Company projects vary depending on size, extent of project, and distance. For an all-access approach, where we are available to you on a daily basis, costs start at $10K a month. Services can also be provided on an hourly basis, at $225 per hour that we are engaged on your project. We will discuss your project in detail, then make recommendations on services, time needed, and costs associated with the project.
We don’t believe in long term contracts to lock you into, we believe in doing a great job.
Sessions are available as single sessions or in a package. Packages include career testing, which is custom designed to the individual, and increases in scope and scale with each package. Relying on career tests alone is NOT enough. We do use assessments, but they are only a part of the process. If you have other career tests you have taken in the past, feel free to bring them, and we will go over the results with you. We cover a lot of ground in each session, and address a multitude of topics which can include: determining future goals, personal development, how to position yourself, branding, use of social media, protean approach, soft skills, how to get hired, learning outside of school, social pressures, boundaries and personal decisions, etc.
We do not rely on concepts such as Career Clusters. These are too linear and do not take full advantage of job/career opportunities in today’s fast changing job market.
Rates for Presentations/Workshops - $5000/day, $2500/half day. Please understand only a few are selected per year.
