Specifically designed for adolescents and young adults, starting as young as 5th grade, to help them find direction for their education, future career, and life. It’s not about finding a specific future job, but more about self-discovery and personal direction. Careers and the job market are dramatically different today, and our education system has not been able to keep up with the changes. Concepts such as Career Clusters are too limited and do not adequately prepare our young people for post high school choices. Do not wait to start planning. It will save time, money, and energy.

How is it different from other college prep plans? In so many ways! Most of what you will find is ‘college planning’, which is primarily about financial preparation and only targets parents. CC is different in that it is much broader than ‘college planning’ and works directly with the student in discovering the direction that works best for them, as an individual. This is about self-discovery, personal goals, educational coaching, and teaching practical skills for the future. Parents can spend all they want for their child’s post-secondary education, but if the child is not motivated or successful, the funds can be wasted. We want to avoid this!
